Wyeth shareholders OK Pfizer’s buy |

Wyeth shareholder voted today to approve rival Pfizer Inc.’s $68 billion acquisition of Wyeth.
New York-based Pfizer is already the world’s largest drug maker by revenue, and the acquisition of Madison, N.J-based Wyeth, the 12th-largest in 2008, would expand its lead.
More than 98 percent of Wyeth stockholders voted to approve the $68 billion acquisition, according to media reports.
