J.P. Morgan Chase names Doug Braunstein as CFO |

J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. shuffled three of its top executives Tuesday, appointing a new chief financial officer and creating a position to expand the financial-services giant's international businesses.
Doug Braunstein, head of investment banking for the Americas, was named CFO, replacing Michael Cavanagh, who will head the company's treasury and securities services business. Cavanagh succeeds Heidi Miller, who was named to the newly created post of president of international.
"Today's moves reflect our goal of building on our team's experience, providing them with new opportunities to make our company even better," said Jamie Dimon, chief executive officer.
Shares of J.P. Morgan Chase /quotes/comstock/13*!jpm/quotes/nls/jpm (JPM 39.37, +0.50, +1.29%) , part of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, traded fractionally lower.
