Starbucks Plans Big Expansion in China |

Starbucks(SBUX_) plans to triple the number of its coffee shops in China during the next four years, according to the company's Asia Pacific president.
Jinlong Wang told reporters Tuesday in Singapore that Starbucks plans to operate 1,500 outlets in China by 2015 from its current 470, The Associated Press reported.
Starbucks, the biggest coffee retailer in the world, also expects to open 700 coffee shops in South Korea by 2016, up from the current 370, Wang said.
Starbucks' international sales rose 20% in its fiscal third quarter.
