Report: Google interest waning in Yahoo ad deal |

Google Inc. is losing interest in reaching an advertising deal with Yahoo Inc., according to a report Wednesday.
The Wall Street Journal said a deal between the two companies, which could have helped Yahoo reject Microsoft Corp.'s (NASDAQ:MSFT) unsolicited takeover offer, is appearing less likely.
Sunnyvale-based Yahoo had considered the possibility of outsourcing at least part of its search-related advertising to Mountain View-based Google.
Yahoo would get a majority of the revenue in return.
