RIM's BlackBerry Goes to China |

Research In Motion has finally received clearance to sell its BlackBerry email device in China after attempting to enter the market for eight years, a published report said.
The Globe and Mail of Canada said RIM will probably start selling the BlackBerry 8700g in China at the end of August. The report cited a manager in the company's Beijing office.
Shares of RIM rose nearly 5% in early trading following the news.
