China's top central banker sees growth recovery |

People's Bank of China Governor Zhou Xiaochuan, in a week in which he called for the abandonment of the dollar as the world's reserve currency, said economic growth in China is recovering due to the country's "superior system advantage."
Zhou, in a speech that's been translated into English on the central bank's Web site, said "facts speak volume[s]" and that the country's move to spend 4 trillion yuan ($585 billion), cut interest rates and reform taxes as well as the medical system, will boost domestic demand and allow the country to serve as "a stabilizing force in [the] global economy."
