Markets worried about Greece, not France: Analysts |

Financial markets are worried about the outcome of the Greek election, which could jeapordise its international bailout, but are not too concerned about the prospect of Francois Hollande winning the French presidency, analysts say.
"The week ahead looks to be high risk, but paradoxically it is maybe Greece that weighs heavier in the balance than the French election," said Valerie Plagnol, director of research at Credit Suisse.
Socialist Francois Hollande is favoured to defeat right-wing incumbent Nicolas Sarkozy in France's presidential election run-off on Sunday. But unlike Francois Mitterand's election in 1981, it appears the victory of a socialist will not unnerve markets.
